Hey all,

A long time ago I used to skate (I even had the pleasure of being in
a road race with Eddy Matzger and Derek Parra-- I was in the same
race as in "getting passed" by them). Last monday I saw the
speedskaters out at PIR and totally want to get into skating again.
It's great fun (way more fun than running!) and pretty good cross-
training.

First I need to get some skates, then I need to find some places to
skate.

Any of you OBRA-listers skate? Can anyone point me to some local
resources? Where can I find some inexpensive/moderately priced
skates? Used skates?

Questions, questions, questions! Thanks for any help.
