Is it possible to substitute the time trial portion of the High Desert Omnium? The first half is uphill. As it's a time trial, no separate start (or support cars, or extra officials, etc.) would be needed and it is the same weekend as another part of the race series, the road race.

Wasn't this part of the cat 4 women's series? Perhaps we can reinstate the Swan Island Crit as part of the series since it's on the same day :)
