I'm looking for a used cross frame/fork so I can start building up a bike for this next season.  What I'm hunting for is:

I need a 51cm - 52cm ish effective top tube.  I don't need anything pretty, just something straight and in good health.  Cosmetically it can be as ugly as you've got.  Lastly, I just shelled out a whole bunch of cash for a new steel collar bone, so I'm definitely in the market for something cheap!

I'd actually be interested in more than just a frame/fork too, if you're itching to get rid of other parts as well.  I'd like to build it up as campy 10-speed so that It'll have some compatability with my road bike.  Again, just looking for parts that work, I don't need anything fancy.  It's more important that I keep the budget small.  If you've got anything you think might fit the bill, let me know!
