I believe this is a late 90's or early 2000 frame. Built it up new 4 years ago. Mostly ridden on the road, a handful of cross races and left hanging on a hook once there was snow in the mountains. It's in great condition.

If interested in complete bike it is currently set up with Dura Ace 9spd drive train, cantilever brakes, bars/stem, Ksyrium clincher wheelset or Mavic GL330 tubulars (single chain ring set up, have big ring and left STI lever...somewhere)
