You might try Joe or Molly Bianculli who used to run Life Cycles in Salem in
the '80s. They used to be one of the sponsors of the Oktoberfest Crit and
were pretty good friends with the Khalsa family who started Kettle chips.
They now run a restaurant in Tucson, AZ called Coyote Pause. Google the
restaurant and you'll get contact info.

I have several tee shirts from the 80's and even a framed poster from '89,
but no 86. Are you sure it was '86. I did not think Kettle Chips was a
sponsor of the Octoberfest Criterium that far back.
