I am looking for a great roommate to share a fabulous house I have found to rent in Irvington, NE 20th and NE Stanton. It's a Craftsman home that has been beautifully restored and has lots of room as well as hardwood floors. On first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bath, large living room, large separate dining room and fabulous kitchen. The kitchen has a gas stove, granite counters, SS appliances including a dishwasher, an island and a booth. It's great for entertaining which I plan to do. There is a third room (carpeted) downstairs in the basement that I'd like to use as an office/yoga room and would be shared. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the basement.
