I was thinking that this might not be the best time of the year for a
cycling swap meet. If the majority of people are like me this time of
year my mind is on other things; the approaching ski season, getting
projects done around the house that were put off to go to races over the
summer, etc.
Therefore I suggest you consider a spring swap meet. Perhaps in
conjunction with the first PIR of the season. It could not only reach a
lot of people when the interest in cycling is high but also might be
used in conjunction with an effort to bring first time racers out. You
know, the enticement of hot deals and "oh, by the way, while you're here
doesn't the racing look like fun"?
In that case you may want to hold onto that stuff until then.

Just a thought...

Honestly, someone who is working part time, going to school, or maybe working nights would be the best fit (both my downstairs neighbors work nights, so it is always quiet during the day).

There is a park in the back yard, and two large parks within blocks. The apartment building just has four units, and sits back off the road, has private parking, onsite laundry, and extra storage space. I pretty much have everything one would need, and the room is currently furnished with a bed, computer, large closet, everything one would need.

You just need to be neat, don't smoke, and don't keep me up all hours of the night. Male or female, does not matter, but honestly I think Nash needs another male figure in the house to play with him. He is honestly, the most loving, playful, yet calm beagle out there.
