Like last year Emerald Velo will permit the under 10 year old riders to ride
the tt in their special youth category. They must sign up on line asap if
they want to do this. See the link below

No, it is not a problem. Registration is still open, so I would suggest
that he sign up online at www.signmeup.com and select 10-12 and I'll
just move him to Youth when I make the TT list.
