OBRA'ites. The Washington County BTA has already addressed this with Gregg Leion. Here was his response. I second Pam's suggestion to join the BTA (WashCoBTA in particular) to help consolidate bicycler input to the various agencies in the county. The county has it scheduled for another sweeping tomorrow. Final seal will occur this week - probably Thursday. The project should be complete with pavement marking and speed restrictions lifted by the week-end. The re-surfacing that was applied is intended to prevent deterioration that would eventually lead to pavement failure (potholes).
