Well, we will upgrade someone if they are placing consistently but
the class size may be only 10 or so but if its over 15 people than I
say yes and three top three's or 5 top 5's would warrant an upgrade.
Discipline is a slippery word and you and everyone should know when
they should upgrade. There are a few people on the watch list and
some of you may know who these beginner or sport riders are who
always place and never move up year to year or only race so many
races as not to get upgraded. Its not too many of you but I will be
upgrading some of you post Oakridge. Its nice to be competitive but
not moving up to expert or sport and improving and letting others
have a chance at some podiums that are new should be the norm and
forcing upgrades should be our last option.
