your calorie burn is. You can set upper and lower limits for heart rate.
You can save your workouts in file to redisplay at a later date. Does not
interface with a computer.

This HRM has encription so that if you are riding with others that have
similar HRM's you won't be seeing their signal and vise versa.

Comes complete in the box with all documentation.
