It shouldn't matter where you start from on the map,
as the course is a loop and the elevation profile
calculates the whole loop.

Thus, no matter where you start you will hit the same
number of hills the same number of times and
cumulatively climb the same number of feet. If my
thinking is wrong on this, just let me know and I can
update the map's animation to start and end at the
actual start/finish line.
