Can you put together a proposal so we can discuss it? I am forwarding your
note to the list.

I am not sure if this has been brought forward by anyone else? (And it has
been hashed over in the past).
I would like to hear what people think of adopting a masters category system
similar to Washington. Masters split into A (Cat 1/2), B (Cat 3), C (Cat
4), D (Cat 5). Masters includes all racers 30 and over. I can see how
older racers (who don't want to downgrade as they go slower with age) might
not like the system, but I believe WA lets the older racers race down a
category.
See you on Sunday.

Subject: [OBRA Chat] annual meeting
So the annual meeting is Sunday afternoon. The business on the agenda will
be the usual review of 2006 statistics and financials. We will vote on any
new rules/policies and elect 2 member to the board of directors.
Currently the names in the hat are
Ron Magnus
David Hart
Clark Ritchie
Are there any other riders/members who wish to run for the board?
If your club is not attending the meeting can you please send a vote for one
of the above (I will post any future names that are submitted)
Are there any rule changes and/or policy changes you wish to put forward?
Any changes to the BAR? We need to get any of these soon.
Remember this is your organization and we need your input.
