I think we should have an algorithym that is so complicted that no one can figure it out. That way we can spend out energies determining who is eligible for a race instead of wasting it riding.
Why have a simple cut off when we could have a very complicated formula so five or six more people can attend a masters race rahter than race their category. :-)
