Seems like this topic comes up every year. I suspect that is because every
year several folks toggle over into a new age category.

My Vote: Pick something and stay with it. If OBRA does that, eventually you
will be young in your age category, and old in your age category. Changing
every year or two seems kind of silly (unless we are trying to align with
other organizations or some other good reason like that).
