Subject: Masters 40+, Yes!

I just don't see how you can call a 35 year old a master. The 35-39 group
is VERY competitive with younger racers and, in general, doesn't need any
help to whoop up on everyone. In many cases as racers get older they
actually have more time to train and often have better equipment. I see
33-38 as the "sweet spot" of cycling.

I would like to continue encouraging promoters to set masters as 40+.

In the interest of disclosure, I'm a brand new 40+ racer. But at the
meeting two years ago I supported the 40+ Masters rule.
