Dear OBRA Members,

I just wanted to give everyone a quick update. We are officially looking to open December 15th for
operation. We were hopeful for earlier but with the massive amounts of snow we are receiving it is
not realistic at this time. ODOT is driving the reconstruction hard working 24-7 with some very
impressive equipment to get both the Portland and Hood River sides open at the same time. The
forecast is looking promising for assiting with the construction.

We would like to thank you for your patience and also assure you that opening will be epic. We have
a ton of snow up here right now and are setting in motion plans for full operation from the very
first day if snow conditions for that day allow. We are planning a huge customer appreciation
celebration for the weekend of the 16th and 17th as a way to say thanks for your patience. It will
be like nothing you have ever seen before. Thanks again and please keep checking the web site
