Brand new, never used. I did put a cassette on it at one time and then removed it before using. About six years old. No tire, does have new rim tape. Clincher. I won this wheel years ago and just never got around to using it because I already had one that I used. Real nice all around wheel - light, strong, fast. Shimano 8, 9, 10 speed compatible.
