the judge had it out for ayla, and i dont think that mark ginsburg could
have changed his mind either way. he refused to go outside and watch ayla
stop her bike, but until he does see it for himself, his mind wont be
changed. there has been talk of making a video with another portland lawyer
comparing a coaster brake bike with a track bike. possibly starring yours
truly as the track bike stunt rider. i for one will not be adding a brake to
my bike. this ruling is absoultly wrong and the ticket should never have
been issued in the first place.
