Howdy!
I have a highly motivated and disciplined friend in the San Diego area who
wants to give track racing a go.
She has cross country running in her past and has recently retired as a
nationally ranked figure/fitness competitor.
She is currently a spinning/fitness instructor in need of a new sport. She
has all the makings of a track racer with
a serious competitive spirit, scary huge quads and is as tough as nails.
(she's a former Marine)
Does anyone know a coach connected with the San Diego velodrome who could
get a new rider up to speed. I have
a feeling she would develop very quickly.
Thanks
Keith
