This Wednesday there will be a group set aside to practice madison exchanges and go over the finer points of the race. If you have thought about trying a madison this is a good way to practice with some seasoned racers in a non competitive situation. We will go over the race, timing your exchange, how to throw, what not to do, and hopefully how not to fall down. Come on out if you are interested. thanks Bill |
