If you regularly ride Lower River Road, see the note below and avoid it for that short time frame. Last year we had a number of cyclists practicing for the Jack Frost Time Trial on Lower River Road at the same time as the run. I would hope that if the cylists knew when the run was happening this year they would avoid Lower River Road from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM. How is the best way to get that information out. I have contacted the Portland Wheelmen and Vancouver Bicycle Club to make sure they don't schedule any rides on Lower River Road during the run. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
