Seeing how this is just for fun, how about something like... "I'm a cyclist and I belong here as much as you non cyclists, so please be curtious the next time you want to speed past me just missing the oncoming car. Have a healthy day!!!" It could swirl around the license plate like a wheel in motion. Just a thought.
