Got this from Luke Pennington, a junior rider who finished 29th ". I would recommend that any one who has the time go to the Sea Otter Classic because it is a great race and even if you are not going to be very competitive you can still enjoy the atmosphere of the race and watch great riders such as Steve Larson, Tinker Juarez, Shamis McGrath, and the great Eric Tonkin. By the way did you know that Tonkin beat out people like Larson, Travis Brown and Tinker and ended up as the fourth American in the mountain time trial. Good Job Eric |
