This takes us very little time and could be done by anyone. Really! This is true! If you saw how simple it was you would not believe it. Just call the insurance agent, send the minimum premium and you are in business. Everything that OBRA does would not be easy to duplicate. Candi and I do put a lot of time into the other things.
