A great home for cyclists on Hood River's Westside. Close to Post Canyon trails (9/10 mile) and easy, low traffic access to some of the Gorge's best roads for cycling. I am moving down the street because I love this area so much. The house is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. It is a farmstyle home with a big wrap-around porch and large two car garage (I currently keep 9 bikes in it, not including two kids bikes). The lot is located in "Stonegate," which is a small, established, and eco friendly development. There are two very large common areas, a nature preserve with a pond, and lots of matured landscaping. The lot itself is on the bigger side (.18 acre) with professional landscaping, including tons of wild and planted roses and numerous other flowering plants and trees. There is something blooming throughout the majority of the spring and summer. There is also a professionally installed, timed irrigation system, water supplied by the local farmers irrigation (cheap water). The lot borders the county line, which means no development next door for a long time. The only hitch is that I am meeting with real estate agents in the coming week and will likely the list the house in the next two.
