Why don't we leave it to parents and the adults within the teams that these juniors are riding for to teach the juniors to ride bikes properly. It seems proper instruction can prevent these injuries that I keep hearing about. Again this seems to be a situation were the organization is taking on the role of the parent. It's the same as the educational system where many parents blame the school for kids low scores when usually the problem starts at home. Parents( and other influential adults) should be properly preparing their juniors so OBRA and USCF don't have to. Samuel P.S. I'm not taking any jabs at anyone's parenting! |
