Okay so it looks like there is enough interest in doing this project. I appreciate the input from the technical people. To put your minds at ease, I'm quite experienced and proficient with web based application development (that's what Fusium does). Coding, ui design, and relational database design are things I do every day. All points were well taken. I will start with a simple application, with moderators to approve or reject user entries. If someone knows where I can find a listing or even a database of all current makes/models (ie all vehicles for each brand) that'd be very helpful. I wouldn't mind someone else doing that for me.
