Don also stupidly said; "You may recall that one of the major complaints of the colonists was the lack of ability to protest. (You have heard of the Boston Tea Party haven't you?)"

Actually, if one was to conduct a Boston Tea Party today, they would be arrested... Ooops! so much for your protest argument. Further, you must also be under the impression that "protest" means no holds barred as you are utilizing a felony as an example of a protest.
