Personally I just use the delete button to deal = with=20 all the messages that I don't want to read. There are currently no = rules=20 for posting other then that you have to be a list member to post. Only = OBRA=20 members can be list members. The postings are unmoderated because the = job=20 of moderating them was another thing added on top of what Candi already = does=20 for OBRA. Originally she had planned to have 2 lists, one open to all = posts=20 like the current list, and one moderated to only contain race results = and=20 announcements. There were complaints about that system, people felt = they=20 either got too many messages or too few. In addition it still required = time=20 to moderate.=20 If there are going to be more rules about use of the OBRA list then = either=20 someone will need to step forward to volunteer to be the list moderator = or=20 the rules will need to be self enforced.
