I am wondering what the rules are for email posting. It appears that =
some people are using our OBRA Chat forum for commercial purposes. =
Attached are several of Mr. John Lackeys excessive (in my humble =
opinion) emails since October 3, 2000. I think we got the picture that =
the Raleigh 3 speeds are for sale on the first post, why are they posted =
3 times?   Everyone please post your thoughts on how often it is =
appropriate for an individual to post sale items on OBRA Chat. I am =
thinking an average of once a week (max) is good rule. =20
