Frame-saver is the standard stuff for steel frames. Try The Third
Hand/Loose Screws @ 541-488-4800 or www.thethirdhand.com. Other local
shops might have it as well.

I am investigating options for preventing rust on the inside of
steel bicycle frame tubes. Any feedback, preferably from direct
experience, with a solution to this problem would be appreciated.
