It's against the law to ride your bike on the sidewalk of the Sellwood Bridge. I've always thought that the cyclist who has already crested the middle of the bridge (regardless of direction) and is heading down has the right of way and the uphill cyclist should slow/stop and move as close to the rail as possible.
