Dear OBRA Riders, We'd like to invite everyone to a training camp being put on by Juerg Feldman and Herb Chlebek of FACT Canada in Bend on the weekend of October 7th and 8th. They are the coaches of Geoff Kabush ( 9th in the Sydney Olympics MTB race ), Ryder Hesjedal and Kirk Molday. The program places a huge emphasis on developing aerobic power and steers clear of the dangers inherent in excessive interval training.
