You are supposed to keep a copy of the form you filed with you at all races to demonstrate compliance if you are tested. Failure to file the form or have a copy of the filed from with you, can subject you to the same penalties as exist for illegal drugs. If you go to the USA cycling website and find the section on drugs, it will link you to the WADA site and you can get a copy of the form and mailing instructions. You will find that Advair or Flovent will make a significant difference throughout the day and will prevent most attacks, but you still should carry albuterol as you can still have an attack. While I feel that I have found a 'miracle drug' I wonder what long term effects it might have particularly as an athlete.
