Hi Keith.....I to am asthmatic at age 66. I use Advair, but use one puff in the morning and one in the evening. Without it I wouldn't get 5 miles on a bike. If my memory is right Advair is a little better then Flovent, may want to check with your doctor and see if Advair might work better for you. Jean Wendling |
