That is great news! I was thinking....perhaps I am crazy but...would it not be fun to do a civilian 'sting' operation for bike thieves in PDX?! We could have someone pull up on a tempting bike and park it while 4 or 5 others circle close by on bikes waiting for the bike stealing scum to make his or her move then we go after them and put a frame pump in their spokes!
