Oh how it pains me to sell this bike, but I am not using it and it really likes to be riden.

53 cm c-c seattube, 54 cm top.
This is a black ishiwata triple butted frame. For those who care about history I bought it from Hank "the hardman" Hardigan when he left the bike shop we both worked at, so he could work at Merlin metal works (yes THAT Merlin). That was in 1990 or so.

It has a Trek OCLV fork now and an ahead headset.

I raced the bike for 2 years and have had it around ever since. It has mainly the original Suntour XCM parts, but not all of them. and the wheels are newer than the bike. 6 speed. Bike runs great.

For the Bridgestone fan I could put the original fork back on for a few $$ more.

This is a great old bike that needs a home where it will be riden.
Commuter, Rain bike, or beginner road bike, or something else.
I love the bike and the it still rides great, but I am not using it.

My dear wife rides a smaller version of the same bike, so I am breaking up a matched set!!

so break my heart and buy it from me $500.00 or best offer.

Please feel free to pass this on to people who might be interested.
