Don't let sore and achy muscles slow your training or hamper your racing. Get body work to improve and speed recovery from those long training rides. Massage and acupuncture work. Find a massage therapist in your area who does deep tissue and sports massage to help you with your winter training. I've got 9 years of massage experiance and a few years of riding too. I know the needs of cyclists and other athlets (I rowed for Columbia U. in college). Located by the bike path near the intersection of Powell and 205.
