Any rider holding a USAC Racing License will be permitted to race in any of the UCI categories. You will be assigned a UCI code, with your registration, but will not have to hold the International License. *If you are trying to make a World Championships Team you should hold the International License. *Riders holding only an OBRA license will have to race a Non-UCI category. *Oregon riders who present a valid OBRA license in a non-UCI category will be granted a one-day USAC license, our treat. * Elite women $3,178/15 deep, that's a big payday for women's CCX.
