I got about 8 of them with my last post. If you also find this to be very annoying, you can set up a rule (for MS Outlook and probably even Outlook Express users). Go to Tools -> Rules Wizard. Click NEW. Select Check Messages when they arrive, click NEXT scroll down, find "which is an out of office..." check the box. You can also check more boxes, like having '[OBRA Chat]' in the subject line. click NEXT Scroll down, check the DELETE IT box. Click FINISH. So any out of office message will automatically be deleted. Rules are pretty cool, and you could just as easily set up a rule to move all obra emails to their own folder, to kind of pre-sort your email. Hope that helps someone out there. -Erik |
