I have to speak up for BRIGHT CLOTHING:Safety clothing I think that wearing gray is NOT the way to safe riding! Part of motorists' potential ire is coming upon a cyclist by surprise. BRIGHT CLOTHING:Safety clothing maximizes the time they have to react, as they're going to see you sooner. Dressing darkly leans towards, "out of sight, out of mind," which isn't too good a thing in traffic. When I see a rider dressed in black, I can't help but to want point out the way to the Wizzzard (on the Y.B.Road), so's they can apply for more brains!
